COVENTRY Buildbase Bees will have both Chris Harris and Olly Allen in the team for Friday's must-win clash with local rivals Wolverhampton.
Harris and Allen crashed out of Monday's home defeat against Lakeside, but both have been declared fit for what is arguably the most important meeting of the season so far for both clubs.
Neither side are anywhere near where they wanted or expected to be in the Elite League table this season, and Bees have to ensure that bottom club Wolves do not take their first away win of the campaign.
The Monmore men slipped to their sixth home defeat against Eastbourne on Monday, and were blasted by promoter Chris Van Straaten for their mechanical problems - so Bees must be on their guard, especially as both Fredrik Lindgren and Niels-Kristian Iversen had excellent World Cup meetings at Brandon recently.
Harris and Allen return for Coventry, but Billy Janniro misses out as he is back in his home country contesting the second round of the American Championships.
Bees operate rider-replacement for Janniro, with Allen and Rory Schlein eligible for an extra ride along with the reserves, whilst Ben Barker continues as a replacement for the injured Stan Burza.
BUILDBASE BEES: Chris Harris, Olly Allen, Simon Stead, Billy Janniro R/R, Rory Schlein, Andreas Messing, Ben Barker.
WOLVERHAMPTON: Fredrik Lindgren, Ales Dryml, Niels-Kristian Iversen, Christian Hefenbrock R/R, David Howe, Kenneth Hansen, Nicolai Klindt.
