PETERBOROUGH PANTHERS
PETERBOROUGH have confirmed takeover talks have broken down – and Hans Andersen has been offered a revised contract.
Owner Colin Horton has issued a statement following the resignation of co-promoter Mick Bratley.
He said: “We have offered Hans a new contract and I can confirm I have been talking to a third party but we were unable to agree a deal which was suitable to both parties.”
STOKE POTTERS
STOKE have stepped in at short notice to stage the British Under-15 Championship round on Sunday (7.30pm).
Promoter Dave Tattum readily accepted the request after Redcar pulled the plug on the original date of Saturday.
He said: “We’re delighted with the view that Stoke is the ideal track to stage this meeting. We had a good response to an Under-16 event and I hope this is well supported.”
