WOLVERHAMPTON go in search of a much needed first away win of the season at Peterborough on Thursday - and they have plenty of local track knowledge!
Three members of their team - David Howe, Niels Kristian Iversen and Ales Dryml - are former Panthers riders and are desperate to do well against their old club.
After three home defeats so far this season, Parrys International Wolves boss Peter Adams admits his side are under pressure - in more ways than one.
"We need an away win desperately now," said Adams. "And the clock is ticking for some of our riders, and clicking louder by the meeting.
"At the moment it's obvious we aren't going to achieve anything with this team, which is disappointing because we had belief in them to do well. Certain riders just aren't doing it.
"A good performance and a good result at Peterborough might make us feel a little differently - but it's going to be tough."
PETERBOROUGH: Hans Andersen, Henning Bager, Kenneth Bjerre, Claus Vissing, Daniel King, Morten Risager, Henrik Moller.
WOLVERHAMPTON: Freddie Lindgren, David Howe, Niels Kristian Iversen, Nicolai Klindt, Ales Dryml, Christian Hefenbrock, Kenneth Hansen.
*WOLVERHAMPTON'S next home meeting is on Monday, May 26, against Belle Vue Aces at 7.30pm. All accompanied children under the age of 12 will be admitted FREE.
