The King’s Lynn Stars promotion and management team of Keith Chapman, Rob Lyon and Jonathan Chapman have just returned from British Speedways annual conference ecstatic that a 42.50 points limit has been set for the next 3 seasons.

A better than expected outcome as far as Keith Chapman is concerned ‘It’s great that our league wants to build stronger teams, it is something I wasn’t sure if the other promoters supported but they obviously do as we have increased our team building average by one and a half points from last season and have also fixed it for 3 seasons, another move in the right direction.’

As always the management team are wasting no time in putting together their new team to launch an assault on the 2009 national titles and are aiming to reveal their full team in a supporters meeting at the Norfolk Arena bar on Wednesday 26th November at 7:30pm. The announcement will also be accompanied by more details on the changes that have been made in an attempt to make 2009 the most exciting season speedway has ever had.
