This afternoon (Sunday) the Henderson Insurance Scunthorpe Scorpions travel to Tyneside to complete their Premier League campaign. 

They go there  hoping to defeat the Newcastle Diamonds for the fourth time this season and move two league places for a finishing position of 10th. 

With a host of ex-Newcastle riders in the side (Richard Hall, Carl Wilkinson, Ben Powell and Byron Bekker) the Scorpions go full of confidence that they can win for the fourth time on their travels and end the season on a high. 

Racing gets under way at the Newcastle Stadium at 5.30pm.
