The Swindon duo of Troy Batchelor and Jurica Pavlic will be gunning for success in Saturday's World U21 final at Pardubice, Czech Republic.

Batchelor, Pavlic and current Robins' asset Morten Risager slot into a sixteen rider line up that is laced with exciting talent.

The U21 title is regarded as one of the most prestigious in World Speedway; previous winners include current Swindon Captain Leigh Adams, two times World Champion Jason Crump and Swindon asset Lee Richardson.

Riders from ten different nationalities will contest the 2008 crown at the large and wide Pardubice circuit.

Pavlic and Batchelor rank amongst the favourites for a top three finish but are expected to face stern resistance from Poole’s Chris Holder and reigning Champion Emil Sajfutdinov.

Great Britain is represented by Eastbourne's Lewis Brider, Rye House's Tai Woffinden and Edinburgh's William Lawson.
