WOLVERHAMPTON include David Howe back in their side for Thursday’s Elite League trip to Peterborough (7.30pm).
Howe was dropped for the Midland Shield clash with Birmingham on Monday night after a poor run of scores.
But after talks with the management he will take his place in the Parrys International Wolves team for the tough trip to a rejuvenated Peterborough, who are under new management following a club takeover.
Wolves Promoter Chris Van Straaten said: “We’re talking to David on a regular basis and we will take it one step at a time, but he will be in the team for the Peterborough meeting.
“We could leave him out on Monday, but official league fixtures leave us with limited options and he will ride for us at the Showground.”
Wolves include no less than four former Peterborough riders in their side – Howe, Morten Risager, Niels Kristian Iversen and Jesper B Monberg.
PETERBOROUGH: Ryan Sullivan, Lukas Dryml, Kenneth Bjerre, Henning Bager, Danny King, Karol Zabik, Claus Vissing.
WOLVERHAMPTON: Freddie Lindgren, Morten Risager, Niels Kristian Iversen, David Howe, Jesper B Monberg, Nicolai Klindt, Ludbvig Lindgren.
