Joe Screen is fit and ready for Belle Vue's final Elite League match of the season against Coventry at Kirkmanshulme Lane next Monday (7 45).
He has had an enforced rest ahead of what could be a crucial match in the battle to avoid the relegation play-offs.
Coventry's match at Ipswich this Thursday will decide whether or not the meeting on Monday will settle who meets wooden spoonists Wolverhampton in the play-off.
A Coventry win or draw would doom the One51 Aces to the next-to-bottom place but Screen will be 100 per cent ready for the match if it is a relegation showdown.
He has been out of action since helping his Swedish club, Vargarna, to promotion to the Elite League a week last Friday.
Said Screen: "I've had no meetings since then and, while no speedway rider likes to be inactive, at least I've been able to get my troublesome shoulder problem sorted out.
"I had two meetings in two nights in the Swedish play-off final. I had an injection before the home leg on the Thursday when I scored 12 points from five rides in a 51-45 win.
"I felt fine on the Friday so I didn't have another and got seven paid nine from four rides as we won 49-47 to go up 100-92 on aggregate.
"I came home and waited to see if there was any delayed reaction to the injury but it has been fine.
"I've taken the opportunity of having a clear diary to give it a rest while I've been swimming to exercise it. My only problem turned out to be coming home with flu which sent me to bed for four days.
"Obviously it wouldn't be good to go into next Monday's match without having been on a bike for more than a week so I will be having a practice session."
Aces promoter David Gordon has called on fans to turn out in force for the match.
He said: "Paul Azinger asked the American golf fans to be their thirteenth man in the Ryder Cup last weekend and I want our fans to get behind us as our eighth man.
"Whatever the circumstances of this match we have got to deal with the cards we get in the best way we can.
"Coventry are old rivals and there's always a bit of an edge in our meetings. I always think our matches with them have a similarity to Manchester United games with Liverpool."
Jason Crump, the Belle Vue No 1, rides in the Italian Grand Prix in Lonigo on Saturday when he will be looking to enhance his hold on the runner-up slot with two rounds to go.
The busy Aussie star will captain the Rest of the World in a Test match against World Cup champions Denmark at Vojens, Denmark on October 4.
And, on October 8, Crump will be racing in the rearranged Elite League Riders' championship at Birmingham.
Tickets, £32.50, will be available for the end of season dinner dance at Manchester City on Friday, October 17 at next Monday's meeting.
