There was success for Dutch riders in the 2008 Short Track European Championship Final, which was held yesterday the 21st of September in Roden (The Netherlands).

Rayon Woortman, thanks to his victory managed finally to win the 2008 European Champion title, after the second position of last year.

Second position went to Mark van Dellen, while 2007 Champion Andries Fabriek got only third position.
