Mission Motorsports Presents  the John Matherson Sidecar Cup, this Saturday night, September 6th, at Costa Mesa Speedway.

A full program of professional Speedway motorcycle racers and fearless Speedway Sidecars on the unforgiving Costa Mesa Speedway oval will be featured. Gates open at 6:00pm first race is 7:30pm. Adult admission is just $15.00.
 
International Speedway, Inc. asks that you join us in honor of our good friend and supporter John Matherson. John spent his life promoting motorcycling as an expert rider, sidecar racer and owner/operator of Mission Motorsports, a longtime sponsor of Costa Mesa Speedway. We continue to support his beautiful wife and best friend Robin, Brother Bill and his entire family at Mission Motorsports. We truly miss one of the greatest friends we have known and we remember him tonight. John was always happy, optimistic and you could count on him to be the life of the party.
 
There was a thing he taught his grand kids that kind of sums up John's life philosophy:
Green Light - GO
Red Light - STOP
Yellow Light - GAS IT!!

He loved life and lived each day as if it were his last, NO REGRETS!
