The Polish rider Artur Mrocka is the new Speedway Junior European Champion.

The Polish rider imposed himself against the fellow countryman Maciej Janowski and the

Russian Artem Vodyakov in the Championship final, which was held yesterday on the 30th of August 2008 on the German track of Stralsund.

Artur Mrocka follows the Danish rider Nicolai Klindt, who was last year winner of the European Championship.
