The Buildbase Bees are still looking for their second away win of the season as they head for a crunch clash at Belle Vue on Monday (1 September).

If Bees are to overhaul the Aces in the final stages of the campaign, they will probably need to take all three points in Manchester, but they still have two riders on the sidelines.

Simon Stead's absence is a particular blow as the British rider spent three seasons at Belle Vue and top-scored in the narrow defeat at Kirkmanshulme Lane in July when Bees were beaten after holding a winning position.

Bees once again use rider replacement for Stead, positioned in the No.2 spot in the team, and the bonus from last week's home match with Ipswich is that the new averages mean that skipper Chris Harris is entitled to take one of Stead's rides along with Billy Janniro, Olly Allen and the reserves.

Robbie Kessler remains sidelined as he is yet to recover from the hand injury he sustained in the crash with Stead at Brandon ten days ago, and Bees therefore bring in No.8 Ben Barker once again.

Belle Vue are still without long-term injury victim Lukasz Jankowski, whose absence is covered by rider replacement, whilst ex-Bee Stan Burza misses out on a re-union with his former club due to a back injury, and he is replaced by Aces' No.8 Robert Ksiezak.
