WOLVERHAMPTON face neighbours Coventry in a mouthwatering Midlands derby at Monmore Green on Monday (7.30pm).
And skipper Freddie Lindgren has admitted a win against their local rivals will be just what the Parrys International Wolves need to give them a timely boost.
Coventry have bolstered their team with the addition of Danish Grand Prix star Hans Andersen in the last fortnight – and in Filip Sitera and Robbie Kessler they have a new-look reserve pairing.
And they won the Elite League Pairs Championship courtesy of Andersen and British Grand Prix star Chris Harris at Swindon on Sunday night.
Said Lindgren: “It was terrible to lose like we did against Lakeside last week and we need to hit back from that.
“We know how tough Coventry will be but it would be a great boost for us if we could beat them. That’s what we’ll be aiming for.”
WOLVERHAMPTON: Freddie Lindgren, Ales Dryml, Niels Kristian Iversen, David Howe, Jesper B Monberg, Kenneth Hansen, Nicolai Klindt.
