Morten Risager has been dropped from the 2008 Peterborough Panthers line up.

Risager who made his debut for the Panthers versus Mildenhall in March this year has found points hard to come by at the showground this season.

Owner and promoter Colin Horton said “ Sadly we had to let Morten go, without doubt he is a fantastic rider and person, but unfortunately as Morten was struggling around the showground this decision had to be made for the benefit of the club. I would like to thank Morten for his services this season and I sincerely hope he gets fixed up with another club very soon. I wish him all the very best in the future”.

Team manager Trevor Swales added “ Telling a rider he has been dropped from the team is a very hard thing to do, we thought long and hard about this decision and just felt this was the correct option to take, we thank Morten for his efforts for the Panthers this season and wish him the best of luck for the rest of the season and beyond”.
