New signing David Gough makes his debut for Plymouth in their Conference League match against Sittingbourne at the St Boniface Arena on Friday evening (7.30pm).
The 22-year-old Welshman is called up in place of Jaimie Pickard, who has been struggling to find his best form in recent weeks.
Gough will partner fellow Welshman Tom Brown, who won the Bronze Helmet individual meeting at Weymouth on Saturday.
Kyle Hughes returns in place of Nicki Glanz, who is left out on the squad rotation system, and will partner number one Mark Simmonds.
Bottom of the table Sittingbourne have a vacancy in their side with talented 17-year-old Jerran Hart ruled after being injured in the Bronze Helmet meeting at Weymouth.
The visitors are captained by the experienced Dean Felton and include former Rye House rider Harland Cook in their side.
