Henning Bager has resigned for the Panthers in what will be his third spell with the club, Henning who is owned by Lakeside has switched teams and divisions after Craig Watson replaced him at Birmingham.
Bager last rode for the Panthers during the 2005 season and managed a very credible 6.05 average from all competitions, he comes into the Panthers team on a GSA of 4.07 and replaces the injured Sam Simota as a straight replacement.
Henning's last appearances at the Showground were during 2006 for parent club Lakeside scoring 10+2 in the A fixture and 8+1 in the B fixture.
Team Manager Trevor Swales said: "I have known Henning for a long time and he will do a good job for us both at Alwalton which he loves, and away especially on the smaller circuits.
He really wants to ride for the Panthers and another benefit of him coming is that it enables Morten Risager to go down to the reserves which will help his confidence as well.
Henning will go into the team at no 2 and will partner team captain Hans Andersen."
