Toma Alexandru took the honours in the On 10th may 2008 there was on Braila town in main arena, Speedway Romanian Cup at Bralia on 10 May.
Competitors included Milen Manev form Bulgaria and two sporting clubs from Romania - CSTA Bucharest and CSM Braila.
Was also vice-president of Romanian Moto Federation - mr. Gheorghe Voiculescu.
A new track record was set by Toma Alexandru with - 1:14:02 min. per set (4laps; 4x400m). Remarkable rider Milen Manev from Bulgaria.
