Plymouth stage their first home match in the Conference League this season when Boston visit the St Boniface Arena on Friday evening (May 9) (7.30pm).
Devils chairman Mike Bowden will be looking for his side to bounce back from the disappointment of throwing away a nine-point lead in last Saturday’s 47-43 defeat at Redcar.
Bowden has made a switch to the team pairings with Nicki Glanz forming a new partnership with Ben Hopwood in place of Tom Brown, who takes over the number five race jacket.
The Barracudas will be without British under 21 finalist Joe Haines, who will be riding for his Premier League track Workington.
They will operate rider replacement for the absent Mark Thompson and the main support for skipper Matt Wright will come from Boston born riders Darren Mallett and Simon Lambert.
Plymouth:
Seemond Stephens, Kyle Hughes, Nicki Glanz, Ben Hopwood, Tom Brown. Reserves: Jaimie Pickard, Paul Starke.
Boston:
Mark Thompson (rider replacement), Darren Rolf, Matt Wright, Simon Lambert, Darren Mallett. Reserves: Adam Lowe, Ollie Rayson.
