Exciting sidecar speedway racing returns to the St Boniface Arena on Friday evening (August 10) (7.30pm) when the Plymouth track stages the third round of the British Championship.

Plymouth staged two successful sidecar meetings last season and club chairman Mike Bowden is delighted that his track has been chosen to host a round of this year’s championship.

He says: “We will have the country’s top riders in action and, with championship points at stake, they will be pulling out all the stops.

“The spectators who attended the sidecar meetings last season will know just how exciting it is to see the combinations in action at our track.”
