Due to rain the European Pairs Speedway Championship Final was held on Sunday instead of Saturday. Thanks to hard work of the organizers the track was in perfect condition to fight.

As in a good film  - the first place was decided in the last race, in which Poland met Russia. Russian riders were not lucky at all, first Belousow crashed, and then in re-run, after the attack on the outside, it was Laguta to crash.

The Polish team won the last race 5-0 and conquered the gold medals. Second place for Russia and Czechs enjoyed bronze medals.

Speedway fans who followed the race at Debrecen stadium were very pleased with the show performed by the best pairs in Europe.
