Opening night for Canadian Speedway racing is Friday June 1st 2007 at 8:00pm. The event CKPC Paris Speedway - is being held at the Paris Track in Ontario, Canada.

It will be a great event with many new riders making their debuts and the seasoned riders ready for another year of sensational battles. The Paris track is located within the Paris Fairgounds, Silver Street, Paris, Ontario.

Addition to Rule Q-19 When riders qualify for a final based on a two heat, total points system, points and prize money will be paid to each rider based on his finishing position in the final. If a qualified rider does not participate in the final, no points or prize money will be awarded and the purse amount will be redistributed among the other participants in that race according to their finishing position.

The only exception is when a rider is unable to participate in the final due to injury or mechanical breakdown, in which case they are considered a "starter" and will receive the prize money and points equal to the last place position.
