Sunny Scunthorpe hosted Round 1 of the first ever Shorttrack UK Club Championship on Sunday 27th.
There was a great turn out of riders, 68 in total enjoyed the new classes which produced some very close racing, including a win for David Haith in the Pro National Class and a hard faught win for his son Josh in the Inter Youth class, ahead of his mate Oliver Brindley. Other Class winners were Mark Richardson - Mini Bikes, Skye Adams - Juniors, Tom Neave - Youth, Steve Coles - Thunderbikes and Anthony Brown - Restricted.
