The race for 2010 Elite League Speedway's Play-off places will reach a thrilling conclusion on Thursday night (9 September).
Poole and Wolves are already assured of their place in the top four ahead of the semi-finals which start next Monday, September 13.
Peterborough are in a great position to join them but the remaining place is a straight battle between Lakeside and Coventry.
The Hammers travel to Swindon on Thursday night and Coventry face league leaders Poole at the same time - and regular updates will be available on Sky Sports News HD throughout the evening.
