This Thursday Ipswich Witches face Manchester outfit the Belle Vue Aces in a Sky Sports Elite League match at Foxhall Stadium (start 19.30).
The Witches will be without the injured Chris Slabon (broken hand) and will operate rider replacement in the number two slot. Aces top two Peter Karlsson and Hans Andersen have recovered from the injuries which prevented them from riding in the Elite League Best Pairs while local boy Leigh Lanham makes a welcome return to his home town in the third heat leader position after a highly successful season doubling up with Belle Vue.
