18 riders from 8 different countries participated on Saturday evening to the challenge on the speedway track in Berghaupten (Germany) for six available places for the Final 2010 of the Individual Speedway European Championship.
After 20 heats and two run-offs the victory was taken by the Ukrainian rider Andrey Karpov followed by German Tobias Kroner and Ales Dryml from Czech Republik.
Surrounded by good weather and track conditions, fair and exciting sport without injuries was presented to the numerous spectators.
The final of the European Championship will be held next Saturday in Tarnow (Poland).
