Russian supremacy in the Semi-Final 2 of the 2010 Individual Speedway European Championship, which was held on Friday the 27th of August on the track of Balakovo (Russia).
Roman Povazhny won in front of his fellow countrymen Denis Gizatullin e Renat Gafurov.
The final will be held on the 4th of September on the Polish track of Tarnow.
