The official practice session for this year’s U-21 World Cup Final at Rye House will be held on Saturday, September 4th, starting at 10am and scheduled to run approximately two and a half hours. Adult public admission will be £5, with children admitted free.
The Final itself will take place the following afternoon, on Sunday September 5th, starting at 2pm.
The identity of the four Finalists will be known this weekend. Linus Sundstrom is in Güstrow in Germany for tonight’s (Saturday, July 10th) Semi-Final that pits the Swedes against Denmark, Slovenia and hosts Germany.
The winners of the round will qualify for the Final alongside Great Britain, defending champions Poland – who will be targeting a sixth straight title and who won the first Semi-Final – and the best Semi-Final runners-up. Australia finished with 46 points in the first round, which sets the bar for the second placed team tonight.
