2009 Rye House star Joe Haines has been named as a late addition to the Leicester team that will face the Silver Ski Rockets at Hoddesdon this Saturday (March 20th).
The Bolton Wonder – who joined arch-rivals King’s Lynn during the winter – replaces the originally announced but now unavailable Brent Werner.
Rye promoter Len Silver is philosophical about the news. “It certainly makes a strong team even stronger. But our view is – and always has been – that the bigger they come, the harder they fall.”
