WOLVERHAMPTON star Freddie Lindgren has revealed his burning desire to become World Champion – but he’s not putting himself under any pressure.
Lindgren, who was the top rider in last season’s Elite League, will remain patient as his career develops at the top level.
He insists time is on his side as he prepares for the 2010 Grand Prix series which starts in April.
Said Lindgren: “I know it’s going to take time and I want to be fighting for the World Championship in about five years. I’m working on it and I’m not going to rush it.”
Parrys International Wolves start the season at home to Coventry on Monday March 15 in a Challenge, followed by the Elite Shield with Lakeside on March 22 and the opening league clash with Swindon in a repeat of last year's Final on March 29. It's a mouthwatering March at Monmore!
