Belle Vue have signed rising Australian star Josh Grajczonek at their No 8 to complete their team building for the new season which starts next month.
The 20-year-old, from Queensland, will act as cover for the Autogate Aces in the event of injury while spending his third season with Premier League Glasgow.
Grajczonek, who filled the No 8 role last season, will be in the team to ride in the first meeting of the season, a challenge match at Sheffield.
Aces' team boss Chris Morton said: “We wanted to have Josh back because he is an improving young rider and we are looking to have as much continuity in the squad as possible.
“He has been racing at home during the winter so he is gaining in experience all the time. We feel he's a rider we want to stay with for the future.
“We have had our eye on him for some time as our No 8 but wanted to complete the rest of the team first. We achieved that this week when we signed Leigh Lanham.”
The full squad reads: Hans Andersen, Peter Karlsson, Charlie Gjedde, Patrick Hougaard, James Wright, William Lawson, Ricky Ashworth, Leigh Lanham and Josh Grajczonek.
